“GERONTOPHILIA” BY BRUCE LABRUCE FEATURING IN THE VENICE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

“Gerontophilia”, the new film by the brilliant filmmaker, author and photographer Bruce LaBruce – telling about an unusual love story between a young boy and a old, sick man and at the same time exploring and denouncing the conditions and treatment done to sick people being in the private hospitals – of whose I already talked about time ago was recently featured at the “Orizzonti” section of Venice International Film Festival. A smashing work I wish it gets the success it deserves.

“Gerontophilia”, la nuova pellicola del brillante regista, scrittore e fotografo Bruce LaBruce – che racconta una insolita storia d’ amore tra un giovane ragazzo e un anziano uomo malato e al tempo stesso esplora e denuncia le condizioni e il trattamento effettuato ai malati che si trovano nelle case di cura – di cui ho già parlato tempo fa è stata recentemente protagonista del Festival Internazionale del Cinema di Venezia. Un formidabile lavoro che spero ottenga il successo che merita.
